WMS Dieser kostenfreie Dienst stellt für das INSPIRE-Thema Bodennutzung aus den Daten der Landesentwicklungsplanung umgesetzte Daten bereit. Der Landesentwicklungsplan stellt ein Gesamtkonzept zur räumlichen Ordnung und Entwicklung des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt dar. Er bildet die Grundlage für eine wirtschaftlich, ökologisch und sozial ausgewogene Raum- und Siedlungsstruktur und koordiniert die Nutzungsansprüche an den Raum. Der Landesentwicklungsplan gibt als mittelfristige Vorgabe den Rahmen für die Fachplanungen vor. Es sind Ziele festgelegt, die für die Entwicklung des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt eine hohe Priorität aufweisen. Der Landesentwicklungsplan 2010 des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt wurde im Dezember 2010 von der Landesregierung als Verordnung beschlossen. Die Verordnung über den Landesentwicklungsplan 2010 des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt vom 16.02.2011 trat am 12.03.2011 in Kraft und löste damit das bisherige Gesetz über den Landesentwicklungsplan für das Land Sachsen-Anhalt 1999 ab.
